摘要:
以福建省27所已开通官方微信公众号的公办高职高专院校为样本院校,利用调查法、统计法和定性研究法,对各校官方微信公众号的开通情况、推文情况、菜单功能开发情况及传播效果等4个方面展开调查分析。调研发现福建省公办高职高专院校积极投入微信公众平台建设并取得一定成效,但校官方微信公众号仍存在原创“爆文”稀少,菜单服务功能没有得到全面开发,服务意识欠缺,传播力和影响力有待提高等问题。提出精心打造原创“爆文”、提供多样化及个性化服务、提升服务意识、提高传播力和影响力等4点建议,以期促进福建省公办高职高专院校微信公众平台
Abstract:
Twenty-seven public vocational colleges and universities with WeChat official accounts in Fujian Province were sampled and investigated in terms of the opening situations, the posts updating, the menu function development and promotional effects by means of survey, statistical analyses and qualitative methods. It found that Fujian public vocational colleges and universities have actively invested in the construction of WeChat public platforms and achieved certain effects, but problems still exist in their WeChat official accounts such as the scarcity of original “hot” articles, the lack of comprehensive development of menu service functions, lack of service awareness, promotion and influence to be improved. Four corresponding countermeasures were put forward, namely, creating original “hot” articles, providing diverse and individualized services, enhancing the service awareness and improving promotion and influence, in order to promote the long-term development of WeChat public platforms in Fujian public vocational colleges and universities.
