摘要:
为加固石板楼盖,开展3片素石板及3片板缝嵌埋高强钢筋灌注高强灌浆料加固石板楼盖的抗弯性能试验研究。结果表明:该方法可提高石板楼盖的变形能力,但对石板楼盖的抗弯承载力无明显提高; 石板开裂后,板缝加固试件残余承载力随配筋率增大而提高。最后,基于试验数据及平截面假定,提出板缝加固试件的开裂承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好; 基于试验数据及受力分析,提出板缝加固的最小配筋率计算公式。
Abstract:
A new technique of strengthening stone slabs with high-strength steels in the slab joints is proposed. Three bare single-strip stone slabs and three multi-strip stone slabs strengthened with high-strength steels were tested in bending. The main parameter was the amount of high-strength steels. Test results showed that, the proposed technique could effectively increase the deformation capacity of stone slabs, but little effect on the flexural capacity of stone slabs. After cracking occurred, the residual bearing capacity of the strengthened slabs increased with the increase of the reinforcement amount. A model based on the plane-section assumption was put forward, and the calculated results agreed well with the experimental ones. Also proposed was the calculation method of the minimum reinforcement ratio.
