摘要:
为促进实训基地建设健康有序发展,以多元主体共建公共实训基地发展策略为研究对象,采用 SWOT(态势分析法)和AHP(层次分析法)相结合的方法,对其优势、劣势、机遇与威胁进行分析,构造评价SWOT体系,利用AHP计算各二级指标的总排序权重,讨论多元主体共建公共实训基地的发展策略。结果表明:多元主体共建公共实训基地应选择增长型策略(S-O策略),采用SWOT-AHP分析工具有助于优化资源,助力多元主体共建公共实训基地建设。
Abstract:
In order to facilitate the development of the training base in a scientific and organized manner, the paper, taking the development strategy of Public Training Base Conducted by Multi-subject as research object, and SWOT and AHP as the methods, makes an analysis of its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats so as to construct a SWOT system, and discusses the above-mentioned research object by calculating the total ranking weight of each secondary indicator through AHP. The results show that, a growth strategy(S-O strategy)is supposed to be utilized in the establishment of the Public Training Base Conducted by Multi-subject. The use of SWOT-AHP analysis tools can help optimize resources and promote the construction of Public Training Base Conducted by Multi-subject.
