摘要:
采用实践调研和文献分析法,围绕“需求牵引与问题导向”“目标规划”“实施环节”“监测评价”四环节,提出技能型人才APDC(act-plan-do-check,处置—策划—实施—检查)全过程闭环培育理念。由此,高职院校可构建以大学生职业能力发展为中心、遵循“生涯规划—技能锤炼—能力发展—岗位匹配—就业跟踪”的学生成长服务体系。同时可建立评价主体多元化、任务内容多样化、评分方式全面化、技能成长可视化的质量监测评价体系,形成阶段连贯、环节紧扣、无缝链接的全过程闭环式育人链条。
Abstract:
By means of field research and literature analysis and centering the four links of “demand traction and problem orientation”, “objective planning”, “implementation link” and “monitoring and evaluation”, this paper put forward the whole-process closed-loop cultivation approach of APDC(act-plan-do-check), and constructed a student growth service system centering on the development of college / university students’ professional competence in a sequence of “career planning-skill training-ability development-job matching-employment tracking”. This paper also explored the establishment of a quality monitoring and evaluation system with multiple evaluation subjects, diverse tasks, comprehensive scoring methods, and visualized skills growth. All the ideas and systems formed a closed-loop education chain with continuous stages, tight links and seamless transition.
